Technological possibilities
With our fleet of machines we are able to deliver a wide range of machined parts, with special attention to required precision. We use CNC and NC machines as well as conventional machines.
For creation of NC programs it is possible to use Pro/ENGINEER WILDFIRE 4.0 (distributor: AV ENGINEERING, a.s.).
On Monday, May 25, 2009 the results of "AV ENGINEERING AWARDS 2009" competition were announced at hotel V-Sport in Hrotovice. Like in 2008, Industry Division of the joint stock company První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš has taken the first place in the category of NC production. The award was taken over by the tools and jigs designer – programmer Milan Robotka.
The quality of applied materials is documented by certificates including all required inspection records.
The manufacturing process is fully controlled by the quality system certified according to ISO 9001.
